[[HIGHLIGHT]]Worst experience in a dentists office I have ever had.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a $50 introductory xray, exam and cleaning, but they try and hard sell you into a deep cleaning, pointing out normal calcium deposits at the gum line that would be removed by competent hygienist. It was a hard sell from start to finish, 1st the Dr. points out small deposit areas, then the business manager comes in to tell you how you need a $300 cleaning. He threatens that you will have to sign a waiver for them to do a cleaning without the deep cleaning since the Dr. prescribed it. After refusing another woman comes in to sell you Invisalign and tells you they can give you a deal on the cleaning if you sign up for the invisiline. Again, NO. Next see the hygienist that pretends to review your xrays and sees the same deposits requiring a deep cleaning, I say NO, she says then you need to schedule another appointment for 2-3 weeks out to do another regular cleaning since the $50 cleaning is for people with "Perfect Teeth". I say NO. She proceeds to do the roughest cleaning in about 7 min that I have ever had, curt and dismissive since I didn't go for the scam. Stay away. read more

Smile On Us is a dental office located in downtown Hollywood. Easy to find and easy to park as they have assigned parking for their customers not far away from the office. The office is clean and bright. The staff is pleasant, welcoming, attentive and very professional and efficient. They charge $50 for initial exam, x-rays and cleaning and is still $50 for future cleanings that still includes the whole package. My treatment started in December of 2023 with 3 crowns and ended up with a bridge of 6 units. The job cost me around $6,500,Up to now in May of 2025 I still walk around with no teeth because the inserted bridge broke. The new evaluation of my case by the same office included implants and the price is $17,000 never mind the $6,500 paid already. This evaluation should have bee done to begin with by Dr. Leonid Briskin and not doing a job that would not give positive result causing unnecessary payment of $6,500. My point is that I still can't eat, never mind the cosmetic look of mouth where 6 front teeth are missing. read more

The office operations are a joke. All they do is market with coupons. A competent dentist does need to send mailing after mailing to try to get patients. Steer clear from an office that cannot get patients by word-of-mouth, and recommendations from current patients. Very puzzling. I wouldn't trust anybody with a need to send coupons for new patients. In my case, their marketing to somebody who has never lived here, never been on title to this property, and died 6 years ago. Another brilliant move! Sending coupons to dead people. Got to wonder where the judgment is from this "professional". I have telephoned the office to tell them that the person that they're marketing to is deceased, and I do not want to get mail for her.
