I currently bank with smile, after unimpressive service at HSBC. I automatically got a £500 overdraft limit and a Visa bank card, and their internet banking system is great. They are planning to further improve the security of their internet banking service by sending all their customers card-readers for use with Chip n Pin. Run by the Co-operative Bank, they have ethical business policies so you can rest assured that your money isn't be invested in anything bad. I have been thoroughly impressed with smile. I recently upgraded to a smilemore account, which costs £12 a month. With it, i get vehicle breakdown cover, mobile phone insurance, identitiy theft insurance, a smartsave card which gives me 20% discount on many days out in the UK. it's well worth the £12!
