I got my teeth cleaned, they did an ok job. The dentist recommended other work but the office staff didn't know how to send it in to my insurance. It kept getting denied. My insurance company told me the work was covered. You can't get through Pearl their AI answering service and no one will call you back. The Dentist and her staff were wonderful. Very nice people. After my first visit I had to look elsewhere for dental care. They use an answering service, contacting them is very frustrating, you have to explain everything you are calling about to the answering service , then wait for a call back from the office, then explain everything all over again. If they call you back. I had to go there in person to speak with them, they said they would call me back in two to three days with a procedure estimate, after two weeks I went in person to ask. This is the MOST unprofessional dentist I have ever went to in my lifetime. The receptionist is straight off the movie "BAPS". I scheduled an emergency appointment for abstractions. The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to myself waiting 45 minutes without being called back. The next weeks appointment is made an I is determined several teeth may need to be taken, I am prescribed penicillin and an appointment set a week out. I go today thinking my pain is finally over! This unprofessional has me set up for a cleaning and no abstract. What were the professional's plan? To clean a dead tooth? Do abstract more money from my insurance? To clean and prescribe more penicillin, which is not a medication one should be on long term, preferably no more than 7 to 10 days. This dentist first priority is money, and NOT the well being of her patient. When I ask the grossly unprofessional receptionist to speak to the dentist, she bickered back and forth with me, before a rather handsome man in plain clothes meaning dreads down his back, a button up black shirt with the first three buttons undone to show me the many silver chains he had on kindly gave me my X-rays after explaining nothing!!!! I WARN YOU DO NOT GO HERE! She is overbooked in order to secure money and not the patients well being. PERIOD. read more

Lack of accountability and disregard for my time is by far the most disrespectful thing anyone can encounter. I was scheduled for an appointment for Friday May 10th, I take the day off and plan my whole day (arrange child care etc.) Around this appointment only to show up to a closed building. I called (as online it still reflected as open on Friday May 10th) and they have a 3rd party answer whom was also baffled very taken aback that I was there and no staff was there. Fast forward to today I get a call from the receptionist who Doesn't even extend an apology and claims that they sent me "numerous" texts/messages advising that they'd be closed for mother's day Friday May 10th and proceeds to send me a text right then and there which I did get that one and I tell her "I have the last text from you guys dated April 10th reminding me of my appointment for May 10th I JUST got the one you just sent now that's it" and her response was: "yeah well, that was sent so yeah" just because I was able to receive the one you JUST sent does not mean you can ASSUME I received any other messages. If you had planned to use May 10th as a holiday why schedule me for that day IN THE FIRST PLACE? Why not CALL me to reschedule also? I wouldn't request that day off work in advance for nothing. This is ridiculous, I'll be taking my money elsewhere. *Quick update: I called to reschedule (in hopes someone would apologize or rectify the situation, and advise if I have a balance I'd like to take care of it (which they gladly took my payment) and in frustration I stated I'd move to another dentist due to THEIR mistake) I get a call back and I am told that because of my review my account has been deactivated "upon to MY request" I find it HILARIOUS that this is their way of "resolution" again NO ACCOUNTABILITY no apologies for their wrong doing in the first place. (THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR A DAY THEY INTENDED TO USE AS A HOLIDAY AND DIDN'T CALL ME TO RESCHEDULE! ) I've worked in different areas of customer services and this is a prime example of WHAT NOT TO DO. I would not visit Dentist again... I had work done on the following week . I told the Dentist something didnt feel right. She told me everything looked good. Here 4 months later im having issues. Also was over charged for 2 teeth being pulled. Had to get my ins company involved to get my $$ back read more

Dr.Lisa and her team are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Before I left I made sure to schedule a follow up appointment because the service was THAT great! Tina, the dental hygienist, is very patient and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! If you're in the Salisbury area or near you I highly recommend this practice!
