I met with office manager today. My wife has received four past due messages on her phone. I called two weeks ago with the cashed check information and assumed that the billing error would be corrected. I was wrong. Today I drove to their office to talk to the office manager. She found that the check had been misapplied to another account. She corrected the error. However, I got no thank you for bringing the error to their attention for the second time in a month. Nor did I get an apology for the error that was made. Or for the four past due notices my wife has received. This is not good business. read more

My recent experience here was beyond horrible I complained with a sensitivity with one of my teeth. I was told sensitivity to cold is not cause for concern and my routine XRay did not show a problem. That XRay was now six months old. I returned for a the next 6 month appointment with the same complaint plus pain when eating on that side and again told there wasn't a problem showing in the year old Xray. Six months later, at my routine appointment a severe problem was apparent in my routine XRay. I feel strongly they should have listened to my concerns and I likely would not have been in oral surgery this morning to have the tooth extracted. There's much more to my negative feelings, but a story for another day. No one at this office accepted any responsibility for the problems I encountered. Always an answer. read more

As a retired Dental Hygienist, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. The office is beautifully decorated, clean and kid friendly. The entire dental staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. Mandy Bailey , one of the hygienist, is very gentle and thoroughly explains everything before she begins her work. First visit to this this dentist and was extremely happy with my experience here. Staff and Dr's were very polite and professional. They explained every thing they were doing or going to do in great detail. My 2 year old had her first teeth cleaning and they were great and patient with her. The place was very clean and organized with all the equipment looking brand new. I would have no problem recommend going to visit this dentist for all your teeth needs. I wouldn't exactly say I am looking forward to my next visit, who does, but I have no worries going back in another six months for a cleaning. read more

Hillsdale Dental is a clean and friendly practice. They staff have always been welcoming and nice. My hygienist, Mandy Bailey, is very gentle with cleanings and personable. My five year old receives cleanings from Kandace who eases her anxieties at being at the dentist. Each dentist I have seen is thorough in their exams. read more

I was very pleased with the staff at Hillsdale Dental. The facility is very nice and everyone makes you feel like your needs are important.

Have been going there for years. Initially we took our daughter to a pediatric dentist but quickly switched her over to Hillsdale. They have been wonderful to her through the years. They always provide professional service and helped me out one time when I was in a pinch and between dental insurance plans after switching jobs. read more

First off let me be clear that although my post is under Kay, this is her husband Kent. I have been Hillsdale Dental's predominate crown and bridge lab since 1997. I have seen some staff come and go through the years but the one thing that has never changed is the quality of the dentistry as well as the attention to detail. I was welcomed by Jerry Hauser many years ago to provide my services and they have kept me on throughout the years. At the risk of making this seem about me, I will say that I've had the opportunity to work directly with patients chairside for consultation and customization of crowns and have seen the many interactions between the staff and patients. You can just "feel the love" that extends far above just taking care of dental problems. If you are looking for a dentist regardless of where you live, you cannot go wrong with any of the dentists at Hillsdale Dental, whether it be Adam Dorsett, Jason Moore or Jeff Duffy. Having worked with many dental offices in the area, I and most of my family members are patients of Hillsdale Dental so that speaks for itself. They have cutting edge technology and the training to back it up.
