Went back in for the pain, got charged for over 100 for not even 10 minutes of a visit and did not fix anything. Now I have to find another dentist to check up the pain that did not exist before my filling. Every time I drink cold water or eat hot stew it hurts now. Definitely do not recommend. Over the years I've had dozens of cleanings, peg teeth and wisdom teeth removed either by Dr Swonke himself or by a surgeon in the office, he referred me to an orthodontist for specialized braces, and I have never had a bad experience. They have a little toy treasure chest for kids and are perfectly professional with adults. Never had a problem with my insurance. If you're worried then call ahead, ask for a quote, be transparent about your situation. I'm 24 now and would never go anywhere else. Truly the best in the business.

I was taken to a chair where the person who started with me was a technician named Miguel. He said that I he would do the repair and it was no problem. The tooth set at an awkward angle but I was so happy to get it restored I was charge $125.00 and was told it could last forever. It failed that night and the screw broke again. I returned a week later to a new technician. She seemed very niveous and she tried to restore it. Same problem with the angle. After about an hour this Dr. Vera stepped and told me if I really wanted to fix it there would be a cost of $3000.00. They presented me with a bill and I left explaining I would have to think about that. No warranty cause they said at that time Dr. Hanna had retired and Dr. V they call him now owned the practice. I have been fighting to get my medical records released to me and given to my new dentist but many emails and phone calls and no records. I will have to go the State Board way and have a missing tooth for a long time. The new dentist needs the size of the precise screw dimensions to replace the tooth.
