Applications were mailed (which takes forever) with 1) unsigned checks sent directly from the paralegal office 2) name of the business spelled incorrectly 3) wrong info about our business. The founder's helper kept sending me the proof from the Florida website that they had done their job, but she never looked at the words. It clearly said application received, application rejected. The founder kept giving me the wrong info on why the application had been rejected, when it was because one section had not been filled. Half our money was refunded. Why not the whole thing? Who knows. No follow up. I would not recommend.
