Everything is done online. I took a few simple measurements and sent them a picture of the steps and had a quote via email the next morning. Once I agreed to the estimate, a professional came and double checked the measurements. A few days later I received an email with a proposed installation date. I accepted and even with a rainout day, the project was completed in two weeks start to finish. The employees were gregarious and professional. I was extremely happy with the price and the finished product. I highly recommend this business.
