I was originally told that the turn around time is between one and two weeks but with being on a time crunch and needing the bookmarks for a memorial service, they were able to get my order printed in three days. With one day left, minimal sanity, and not a Staples or Office Depot around, I was at my wit's end. I called Miss Print and the woman who answered sensed my desperation and told me to come right in. With a barebones word document, she helped me resize and then told me to come back in 3 hours.
