We just needed a sanitization and a quick wash because the house has been empty for a few months prior to us arriving. I asked for a deep clean That including the refrigerator inside and out the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, light fixtures, all of that. I've been getting cleaning services for over 15 years and this has to be the worst one. There is visible food and stain still on the inside of all of my cabinets on the top of the fridge on the fridge doors. I'm having to go back and re-clean everything despite paying $500 for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par - they spent 6 hours here 'according to them' and did what? I mean clearly NOT a deep clean. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of because we were out of town when we ordered the service. Extremely disappointed. And to top it off. They were not even easy to deal with or communicate with.

When we show up we walked into a poorly maintained shack with life preservers and other boating accessories seemingly tossed around. What really got under my skin though was the staff on hand. There were about four 18-22 year olds working the place, none of whom seemed to know what they were doing nor had any sort of professional demeanor. Either they actually were slightly clueless or (as my family and I talked about later) could have been high. We kept having to ask them unnecessary questions about things any professional Marina would have handled on their own. Example: after renting a wake board they neglected to give us a rope which we had to ask for. Then the 3 clueless/high teenagers wandered around the disorganized shack for about 4 minutes before locating a rope. When we were given our boat there were no bumpers on it and when we inquired about it we were told "dudes have been stealing them" and received no bumpers. Although very inept, the staff was friendly and did not charge us for tube we rented. In the end we did get a nice boat and accessories, even after about 25 minutes of unnecessary Confusion.
