We stayed in Red Bay for a few days and our Westie came down with an ear infection. Dr. Smith's office was able to see us within a half hour, tested her ears and gave her an allergy shot and ear drops. The staff and Dr. Smith are friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

We are in Res Bay to get our Tiffin motorhome serviced. During our stay, our dog, Johnny Woofer started scratching his right ear for couple of days. Today is our last day in Red Bay, we continue our RV trip to Tennessee. I thought it's better to take Johnny to the vet, so we know what's going on with him and not get worst. I searched online and found Smith Animal Clinic close by, The clinic is on I24, easy to get to. I took Johnny over there without appointment, there's no waiting. The receptionist is kind, friendly and polite. The whole area is nice and clean, very inviting. The technician came to check on Johnny first and informed us that we had to wait for the doctor for about 10 minutes because she's in surgery. Dr. Smith is young, professional and knowledgeable. She gently checked on Johnny 's ear. He has some hair in his ear caused the itchiness. She prescribed some drops for that. I was relieved that it's nothing serious. Highly recommend this clinic! Great to know this clinic is close by to Tiffin factory for our future visit in Red Bay! read more

We were in Red Bay AL a few days ago for Tiffin motor home service. Our toy poodle had an issue that required getting checked by a veterinarian. Dr. smith was wonderful with our dog! I highly recommend this vet if you need a vet on the road for your fur family members. Very clean, very professional and got us in for an appointment quickly. L.N.
