But the young veterinarian treated my cat's symptoms with steroids, B12 and an antibiotic vaccine. Of course he seemed better even though his lab work was normal then died 4 days later!!! MS veterinary school isn't even the top 30 of veterinarian schools. Had I been in FL still my cat would of lived so nooo I would not take your animal here unless it's livestock cause that's all these boys can probably handle and even then I would reconsider

He and his staff were partners in the care of our canines; never once disappointed in device, advice or technique. Even when it came to his referral to "Michael E. Newman, DVM, MS" for Buddy-Spencer's "Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO)" surgery out-of-town about 60 miles away. Boy, what a week. But with DR. Newman's SKILL and DR. DAN WHITLOW's leadership & stewardship Buddy (@age 9) came out the winner: the perfect outcome. More importantly, I am of the camp that believes that a great veterinarian can bring solace to the family through enlightenment. What I learned from this is each Dr. is adamant that most ordeals with pets can be resolved through diet. This was true and crucial in Buddy's recovery. Bud's life expectancy was 10-12 years. If I lived in this area, I would take all my animals here. Why, you might ask? Because the dogs that were we're waiting for them to open from lunch came into the lobby smiling and wagging their tails from when they were on the porch and while waiting momentarily in the lobby to be taken into a room. The fact that dogs who have been treated here previously (I asked the owners) were happy to be visiting their vet says all I need to know about the care they receive.

He started with a good repore but when he asked just how much money was on the Care Credit card he changed treatment and went with something "cheaper", then charged me the exact amount that was on the card. When our dog worsened, we took her back in since he was the one who treated her first. I did not have as much money available. We were scared for her. When it came time to check out, we didn't have enough money. We paid them all the money on the Care Credit card and we needed $100. They were snoody about it. The next day we called them and paid $58 more dollars, leaving a balance of $42. Our dog got better with the antibiotic. When she ran out I called them and asked them to call in more of the same medicine that she was on. The receptionist replied that we had to clear our balance before he would do that. It's 14 days until we get more money. By that time we would be in the same shape as before. I mistook him for someone who cared.
