The fence installation looks amazing! The quality of product, great! I had a wooden John Hancock style fence installed to divide a split property (duplex), and it was a great decision. The best decision was chosen Smith-Bopp Fence for the installation. They did an excellent job! Time will ultimately tell all--both quality of installation and quality of product, but so far so good. Oh yeah, they removed some bushes for me as well (where the fence needed to be installed)--one of a few companies willing to do this. They are more than reasonable priced, honest, and their handy-work is above par. Nick Smith is a consummate professional; I would highly recommend Smith-Bopp Fence to friends and family in need of a fence. For starters, communication with Nick was a breeze which is a very uncommon trait amongst contractors these days. My initial call to Smith-Bopp was on a Sunday evening when I expected to simply get routed to voicemail, however Nick answered right away and was happy chat about my inquiry for installing a new fence in my back yard. In the subsequent meetings with Nick for design plan, quotes, etc., Nick was prompt, friendly and transparent. With respect to pricing, I received two quotes on my job; Smith-Bopp was more than 25% below the other quote I received. Not only was their quote good but when the job was complete they actually came in a bit below the stated quote which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. We hired Nick during the very busy spring season and the lead time between the initial quote and when installation commenced was very reasonable. They started the job modestly behind schedule (~ 1 week), however once installation began Nick and his team constructed the fence quickly and diligently. In fact they even worked to remove a fairly sizable tree limb crossing the fence's path (only after calling to confirm that we were OK with this). The quality of the work done by Nick and his team was top notch and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Nick is a straight shooter whom we found to be highly trustworthy and dependable. Nick was great to work with! We had a large corner lot that we wanted to put a privacy fence up on, mainly to keep our dog in. Nick was able to come by soon after I reached out to give us an estimate. It was getting into his busy season, but he kept in touch with us to keep us updated on how soon he would be able to install. I made a change after the initial estimate to make the fence come out a little further and he had no problem making the adjustment and was great at making suggestions to work with our property line. With my new found time at home I figured I'd write some long overdue reviews. Last summer Nick and his team installed an awesome fence; white vinyl on three sides (with gate) and black chain link (with gate) on the fourth. These guys got it done in a timely manner and were super down to earth. We really enjoyed them. After getting a notice that some of our fence was on our neighbors property (oops), they even came back to solve the problem. 5 Stars - Nick is the best!!! Several sections of my chain link fence were badly damaged in the summer of 2015 windstorm from falling trees. So then I had to find two reliable contractors, a tree co. to clean up the tree damage and a fence co. to repair the fence. Not an easy task! Nick came and quoted the job and his price was very reasonable. So based on Yelp reviews I went with Smith-Bopp and I am very glad I did. These guys were great! They bid on fixing my fence that blew over in the windy spring. Found that the posts have rotted from Fence-Factory who installed it originally using substandard materials. They did a custom repair on it fabricating new posts and sinking them as far down as the ground would allow. The work was superior, the materials look to be top notch, and the cost was fair. They finished the job by cleaning up after themselves doing a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to have them work at my house or any of my rentals in the future.
