What they don't understand is that I DID find a reputable company that came out & fixed my unit that their guy couldn't. I was told it was the wire nut. The wires were touching & shorting out the unit. I spent almost 4 days in 87° in the house & I'm 69 yo with health problems. The girls in the office WOULD NOT send out a tech to fix what the 1st guy couldn't. The unit worked for 2 weeks. They told me that meant it was fixed & they were gonna charge me $189 for a tech to come out. I asked them why they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty!! They don't care about anyone but their own GREEDY selves. Then they have the NERVE to reply with lies accusing me of cussing them out & all slanderous lies. Kentucky Climate tech charges $59 just to come out and look and then they tell me they don't install anything unless it's bought thru them. I'm speechless, 30 min job to run two copper hoses from furnace to AC all electrical is already there and they said "NO you have to buy it from us" which of course would cost me thousands more. NO thank you, their site says customer friendly, yes only if you play dumb and buy from them, and on internet you can get everything same quality just cheaper.

I went down to my mothers house and diagnosed it as a bad start capacitor. I called jones Saturday and told them my mom needs a 55/5 UF capacitor and I asked if he had one in stock it turned out he did have the exact capacitor we needed on his truck and came by within the hour to install it. They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out.
