Very rude! Told me to pick up shoes following week, when I arrived he pointed to sign that said no pick ups till after 2. It's a small sign I hadn't noticed or been informed of the week before. I said I really needed them before lunch (it was 11) could he please check & see if any chance they were done? He yelled "I know they're not done! I'm the only one here" ooookay, so this cranky old man basically had 3 hours to replace a zipper in a boot and I had totally lost any confidence he would care about the quality of the job. I'd obviously made him mad by trying to pick up early. I just took my boot & left. Am looking on Yelp for a good repair place that no one will yell at me. read more
