Mr. Brook showed up to inspect my crawlspace and literally before he pulled out the driveway, I received an email from him with a quote for $6000 with a 3% discount if booked within two weeks. I thought maybe it was a mistake, as I could not understand, after comparing his quote with the other quotes, how his could be so much less for the same work??? I called maybe six of his 20 or more references and they all were very positive, and said they would use him again; some were business references and they said they use Foothills on a regular basis. I then called Brook and asked if he did veterans, law-enforcement, and or senior discounts, which he did give me an additional 2%. I booked them, they came out on time, Brook introduced me to his crew who were doing the work, and by the end of the day they were done. I was pleased, and my HVAC company, pest control company, engineer, and others who have since gone into my crawlspace, have said what a great job Foothills did. They returned earlier this year to do an annual inspection.

There were small details that many would not think to provide, such as a small flashlight on a cable, at the entrance, to help you use the lock box, if you arrived at night, along with a very thoughtful welcome S'mores kit. Too bad there was not a dose of self control in that bad, so the marshmallows would not have gotten consumed before we hit the fire pit, haha. The address and arrival instructions were 99% spot on. It may, however have been my GPS causing the absolutely minor confusion. GPS said we had arrived, but we were in the middle of a road. Fear not, just a few hundred more yards, down what looks like a private drive is the entrance to this woodland treasure.. They even have a rack of Safety orange vests for you to use while hiking, so you are visible, if there happened to be any hunters in the surrounding woodlands. Attention to detail at every turn, yet all the charm of a cabin getaway!! Cabins are convenient to the grocery store, ABC store, and a great restaurant, Larkins on the Lake!! We found a granite that we liked outside then went into the showroom. The granite was the same that we had been interested in at 2 other places, running $60- $65 a square foot. Integrity quoted us $90 a square foot and said that the 4 or 5 slabs that they had outside were spoken for. They took our name and numbers but haven't contacted us. Apparently they weren't interested in our business so we took it elsewher.
