He did not show up for a month then came and did a rushed partial job. He returned two days later to finish the job. Then two weeks passed and again no communication. After another no call, no show, I asked if he could mow my yard shorter since he is not keeping his weekly schedule. I found an email stating he was no longer servicing my lawn. Just like that, no worning and with my grass almost 9" tall. Very unprofessional and very unexpected. I hope others will now receive a on-time service from him. No advanced notice, and quiting after not mowing for two weeks puts one in a bind. I hope he figures it all out. I should say John did not charge for the last mow. I would hope in the future he would give the person more notice than two weeks later.

They left chunks of grass that were not even cut.. they missed a whole strip on the back! I asked them to edge and they didn't. Once I texted him that I wasn't happy he said sorry-- That was all. No offer to come back out and fix it, no offer to give a discount, nothing. He is a horrible business owner and has super lazy workers! Do not use! Three days later Mike called said the crew would be here around 10 and sure enough that's when they arrived. I didn't leave a VM because my kids were at each others throats so I just thought "I'll call them back again". And motherhood got the best of me, I spaced. The next morning the lawn guy shows up to my house which by the way was not the friendliest but no big deal, didn't think much of it. I told him that my other company had just come out to spray and the lady I spoke with told me it would be a few weeks. This man then goes and tells his company that I told him that I had another company that I was going with and didn't want their services, when I NEVER SAID THAT.... Then they called me and canceled services because I "made their guy drive to Syracuse to spray and declined it" I have a voice mail from Terry saying "we are in the area spraying and we will be by tomorrow" Jackie was a real gem on the phone with her attitude asking me why I let their lawn company drive all the way to Syracuse to spray. Completing contradicting Terry's voice mail the day prior. I have NEVER experienced customer service this terrible it was the most shocking thing.
