They started out great by making our lawn look beautiful. Not sure over the years what has changed but for the last few years all they have done is burn and stress out my lawn. I'm now paying for brown lawn instead of green lawn. Time to change companies and take all my family with me that uses Big League. I do have to thank and give Don, who works for the company, 5 stars. Absolutely worth every penny! We have had them coming to our home for 2 years now, and will continue to renew their service with the coming years. We were at our wits end trying to keep up with the weeds we were getting in the grass...I'm pretty sure our secondary water sprinkles seeds of all the things you don't want in the lawn. With only a few treatments we no longer have any weeds (morning glory, clover, goat heads, and a few others) AND our grass is thick, healthy and a beautiful green even in a drought year where we've watered much less. I run a 6 mile path throughout my neighborhood and can honestly say that I have observed that the homes with the Big League lawn stake posted in their yards beat their competitors by a long shot! I just have to say, "wow"! they have gone above and beyond for me every step of the way. I'm a disabled vet that can't get around to well, and they have helped me get going with info, filter help, sprinkler info, and a military discount which means a lot. A local business means a lot to me as well because they are a part of our community, and a part of my payments goes to helping to feed others. What more can you ask for? I've also tried companies that you see everywhere, and never got the great green lawn, and no where near a decent customer service. Big League Lawns gives me a great green lawn year round, helps the community, takes care of our military/veterans, and willing to help a beat up vet get things right. Horrible company to deal with I recommend AVOIDING them all together as they wanted to raise the price of my service because there was a time they could not enter my yard due to a locked gate. I had a fence put in and locked gates due to my dogs and they would not contact me in advance to assure I could unlock my gate. DON'T ever do business with this company they will rip you off read more
