My granddaughter is in treatment at Smith Orthodontics. Dr Smith and her staff are very courteous to their patients. They are very informative about the treatment process. They do different contests for the kids to help encourage them to keep up the good work in taking care of their teeth. They give the kids points per visit if they have done what they were supposed to do and the kids can trade points in for prizes. My daughter just got braces, Dr. Amy greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. There was no wait time her assistant Tristan did an amazing job putting braces on my daughter teeth. She was so professional walked my daughter through every step as she was applying the hardware. My daughter had no pain. It has been a smooth process from getting the insurance approved and braces on. There was no wait time. All the office staff greeted us with smiles and was polite. My daughter was very nervous and excited about her appointment with the orthodontist. She is very insecure about her teeth and doesn't do well with meeting new people (very shy).
