He thoroughly reviewed the specifications and requirements of the job and provided me a written proposal on the spot. Their bid was in the range of several other paving contractors I contacted and based upon my professional interactions with Andy and the company's thoroughness in providing a reasonable and competitive estimate of the work to be done, I accepted the proposal during this meeting. Andy told me that based on their job schedule that he thought he would be able to perform our project in late April or May 2022. He hit his estimate spot on, and they just completed the project on Monday, April 25, 2022; less than two weeks after providing the estimate! Fred came out the next day. He actually went UP ON THE ROOF to look (the other two didn't), he took pictures of what he thought may be the problem and showed them to me.
