However, communication became an issue--he missed a scheduled date and only responded after I reached out that day. He later committed to another date but ended up canceling, saying he's stepping away from the sealcoating business. It's a small, husband-and-wife operation, and I think they may have taken on more than they could manage. While he was polite and acknowledged my frustration, I unfortunately can't recommend the service based on this experience.
