Was installed in the house I built in 2017. Well, it was in rough shape. It was rotten out at the intake water pipes and slowly leaking down the wall. Now I'm like, WTF!!! Emergency mode! Heading on down to Home Depot at 6pm on a Tuesday night. The girl there was just like here, call this number to our subcontractor. Talked to a person right away, said the estimator will be by your house by 9pm that night. Well, by the time that work order got into the system, the appointment was never set. Got a text message next morning at 6 am...I'm first on the list and as I already wrote, all went very smoothly. People, money is no object when you are facing 50 gallons of water in your garage!!! They said that they no longer serviced Generac generators. They wouldn't even return my calls to get the promised first annual service, $350 value. I have since found another service company. They informed me about the age of the new generator. During a recent power outage, the a/c didn't work. ARS never turned a delay device they installed to ON. I have to pay for a service call every time the present service company comes. ARS is a handful of "give- me" and a mouthful of much obliged. I'd rather trust a cotton mouth not bite if I picked it up than do business with ARS. Maybe they will do same thing with other products they sell. They have your money, why honor their promises. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived.
