I feel better and better with every visit. He is a great choice if you need a new provider. His office is clean and pleasant, providing a nice relaxed environment conducive to healing.

The next time I went, after the adjustment, when I was already off the table, he mentioned that I should do kegels to strengthen my back and tapped me forcefully with his fingers on my pubic bone. I was shocked. I left feeling violated and pissed off. I went back for another adjustment 3 days later as he was leaving for a trip the next day. I was getting better and wanted another adjustment. I also wanted to talk to him. After the adjustment I told him how uncomfortable I was with what he had done, and he tried to tell me that it was an adjustment! I've developed a working relationship with Becky who is their most experienced therapist. She is very good at her job but her schedule can get full. There are several there who are completely capable as well as a cadre of capable assistants. If you're willing to put in the work they will help you there. They have a clean facility and sanitize everything throughout the day. Masks are required by the state so be prepared for that. It's not optimum but it is what it is.

"Look at these patients with Medicare, I'm not calling them. How annoying". Ummmm, excuse me? First of all most elderly are on Medicare, and are in high need of adjunct physical therapy. Secons, talking like this in front of other clients is extremely unprofessional. I will be sharing this feedback with my primary care Dr as well. I hope the facility takes this as an opportunity to facilitate a learning experience and some retraining on professionalism.
