Anyways, I attended this Church for the 1st time two weeks ago. HOLY COW! I walked in this building and on the very first worship song I felt the Holy Spirit in this place so strongly that I began to weep uncontrollably. Then the Associate Pastor ( I think ) got up there and delivered the perfect end of the year message. I couldn't wait to go back and see if this was a one off or really real. So I attended the very next Sunday and it was equally as good as the Sunday before. The worship was once again amazing then the Lead Pastor, once again got up there delivered the perfect message on stating the year off right. 3:20 my friend. I have never decided to join a church so quick in my life. I've signed up for the membership class and I can't wait to start serving in some capacity. Rob White (He's not into titles) is the most down to earth orator on this side of heaven. The way he is able to reach and teach the masses all in one breath, all while stepping on a few toes (with the Word) is a wake up call to all under his leadership. Remember, if you are always comfortable in your thoughts growth is not happening! The praise and worship is amazing as well. Many songs are Freedom Church originals (I Finally Get It, had me in tears). The smiling and welcoming spirits of the Freedom Church family says a lot. Think about it. We attend church on Sunday after a work-filled week, sometimes great and sometimes quite trying. So, to see a family of smiles even when many are coming to be spiritually rejuvenated speaks volumes about the strong presence of God in this place. It had a change of pastor recently, which has taken time to get used to (as all change requires), but the change was necessary. So far, I still enjoy Gateway NFW even though it isn't my home church for the time being. The congregation and staff are all so friendly, and there is plenty of parking for the different service times. Gateway NFW is a great place to be if you're looking in the area!

It's been two years and the rumors were not even true. A pastor started that rumor and she had me blocked. I still can't call. I just tried to call. I made the elders apologize to me because they wouldn't do it on their own. They gave me a suffocating contract to dign too. They don't fear God how could something that that happen to anybody? How could Christians do that to anybody? They do not represent Christ. Beware of deception here at this church from the pastors, sorry guys. ALL SMILES BUT FAKE. They want your money, that's all.

First, I would like to say that I am not giving our church 5 stars because it is perfect. Because…read moreit is not... And that is a great thing, since the only way we grow is through our experiences with each other. Have I been hurt and wounded by people? Yes... Have I hurt and wounded others? Unfortunately, yes... That being said, we learn and change by being friends with each other and Jesus. Our church does more to encourage and stress that we are to learn friendship with Jesus through being friends with each other. Again we are not perfect, but only striving towards perfection. I think the thing that most attracted us to Wellspring was transparency of the Pastors in the pulpit. If they are struggling with something, they simply share it with us and what God is doing in their lives through it. Giving our church 5 stars does not mean that I think we are better than any other church, but that our church is striving to do what God's vision is for our local body. We learn that Jesus wants us to friends and not servants, that God speaks to us today, that God heals today, and how to minister to these things to each other. If you feel drawn to our church by the Lord, then you will experience church in a different way than you are used to most likely. This is in a good way, that is not some weird man thought up method. That being said, we look forward to seeing you there! Apostle Howell has taught us how to apply the Word of God To bring physical and spiritual healing. Let me give you one of my testimonies I have a In- home daycare (The Reality Academy) And I invited one of the parents to come to church she enjoyed it  so much that she wanted to be a blessing to one of the members that didn't have transportation so she gave them a 2005 Nissan Quest. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Warning from someone who was previously a member when this place was called Sword of the Spirit…read more Please don't take this review lightly. Many years of therapy have led me to finally release my experience of this place. I have nothing to gain but to know that someone was saved from experiencing the trauma I got from here, or that someone has experienced that there is no need to fear this place. Why now write this review after so many years? I left thinking that if I was bold enough to leave, maybe others would do the same. Boy, was I wrong. I thought well, perhaps the abuse would stop with me, another lie. After being contacted by someone who recently left the church and had attempted suicide, as I also tried to in the past when I attended this ministry, thinking it was the only way to escape this place. I hope to shine a light on those who are afraid to leave, as I was, but now live a life free and healed in Jesus' name. I was also advised by the detective not try to contact anyone at the time, because they could cause harm. Shortly after leaving, many of the members harassed me at my job, leaving me to restart my career elsewhere in fear that they would try to harm my family and me. They told me I had a choice to volunteer my time and give, but didn't really give me an option to not do so. I would have to clean the home of the socalled "Apostle," including one room that was filled with guns, which he would preach about how he would use them on people if they came against him. The most terrifying thing I witnessed was being forced to give everything I have to this place, my body, finances, time, EVERYTHING. If I was to say no, I was threatened, and told that this place was a last stop shop, and that if I didn't obey, I would die and go to hell for disobeying Tyrone Howell I was forced to accept gifts from this man to shut me up, and if I did not take them, I was rebuked in front of the church and shamed. The sad part is that everyone in that church continues to go through this abuse, watch others go through this, and cover it up as the gospel of Jesus Christ.
