New ownership has come in & is building a new clubhouse & pool. A new Par 3 course is also being added. Carts & cart paths have all been updated. The staff is great. You can tell they all enjoy working there & are glad you came to play! The course is in great shape with fair but quick greens. Very reasonably priced compared to other courses in the area. It is well worth the time to come try & see for yourself how awesome it is!

Then you're forced to buy at least $40 a month in mediocre food as a member. Thanks but no thanks. Holly Tree CC I do know a good bankruptcy lawyer when you need it feel free to reach out. Not to mention that every time you want to use the pool it it's surrounded by unruly swim team with zero respect. Or closed for a private group. They leave trash, take over the community area and jump all over the mothers with small children from opening to July. They had no care about what people have going on, they were very disrespectful and rude for the fact we were trying to make our round quicker seeing as that we had a lot of family and friends playing! Very bad experience and the manager who talked to us was very rude and not understanding at all! he kicked us off the course because other people were complaining about us being slow even though every hole we had to wait on the group in front of us! He ruined a round of golf with my family coming off a deployment! If you want a place who respects military service members DO NOT come here! Very sad that they can not hear people out!

I was routinely hit at by other members and put in dangerous situation and the pro shop essentially told me to get over it, was never allowed to play through slow groups and every round of golf on the weekend here is 5+ hours. The staff also routinely participated in gambling activities with members. I've never been treated as poorly as I was at this club in a year and a half. The course is decent but not even worth the hassle of the incompetent and rude staff and membership. Don't waste a single penny on this third rate "private" club. The average membership age is about 55 and they treat all the young people like garbage, this place will be dead in 20 more years when the membership ages out.
