None of which is a requirement for fulfilling the buyer inspection. Hence he cost us a home sale by terrifying the prospective buyer, who walked. The risks he communicated regarding a septic system are no worse than the risks of driving a car everyday. He was totally out of bounds for what he was asked to do and additionally cost me money to get a 2nd opinion inspection at my cost, in order to have a current report to show buyers. I warn others about using his services if you want good trustworthy service.
