Arrived early and immediately asked me to basically tell him about the system. It had stopped without any obvious sound, or physical except that it got warm in house. I also had had an issue with line spill into emergency tray/system. His assistant went to investigate. Ted found a blown capacitor which was replaced but what was a bit of icing was that Ted heard a rattle/squeak in the cage area and insisted on finding and stopping it which he did. A secondary overflow sensor was installed with see through PVC so I can monitor if I choose but that will shut off the system before any water gets to the tray sensor. All of this work was under $300. I was blown away. Thanks Mr Ted. What a professional.

So I was left with an encapsulated crawl space with dehumidifier and pump, just they weren't working. This would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have budgeted for it. It turned out to be a costly add on I had to find and hire an electrician for. You would think a company doing this type of work would expect no outlets in the crawl space and warn their customers, or have their team have the ability to connect the machinery they "installed". Barring that, the guys were punctual, professional and very detail oriented and I have no complaints.

This was close to a two day install and everything was flawless! Both owner David and another electrician George, were careful, clean and respectful of my home and my fixtures. Dave and George did an exceptional job with hardly any drywall repair required. They explained everything they were doing, verified my preferences, and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Dave even vacuumed up our stairs on the way out in case some sheetrock dust got on them. All that, and they were really reasonably priced, responded to my initial inquiry quickly, came out within a day, and Dave is even a certified master electrician (and the owner of the company). He explained which of the items on my list I could save some money and do myself like caulking the tub. He showed me how to tighten my faucet handles AND he fixed a leak in my toilet. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable.
