We requested he use a very specific material, he used a completely different material because "Lowes was out" of what we wanted. He tracked mud in and out of the house, refused to lay down any sort of walkway barrier, made a HUGE mess (plastic, cardboard, random objects) all over and never cleaned anything up. He got into a verbal argument with my dad over material, work times, and general job specifics. Gave me a low ball quote, then periodically asked for more money for "tool rentals" and additional material he forgot to account for. They were able to start the project fairly quickly and picked up the furniture at my home on the agreed upon time and dropped it off as promised.
