If you want people who don't care, and will call you with 0 answers to any of your questions, then…read morego here. I called here to get a General Practitioner, which should be easy enough. I did, and I got in. It took them literally 45 minutes to take my (VERY non complicated) family history, etc. into the computer. Then the doctor came in and had no idea what it was, no explanation of next steps really, just said that I was getting blood results. And apparently she referred me to a specialist that didn't even do the test she wanted to do. Thanks for checking up on that. I had some bloodwork drawn, which it's nice because it's right in the same office, and sent away. I would get the results in the morning and this office will NOT call you until the afternoon. On one of my tests, I had a few questions, but the nurse had NO idea and it turns out the doctor only works Tuesday and Thursday mornings. So CLEARLY the time to call me was Thursday afternoon when there is literally not ONE person in there to answer my questions. When I asked about that gap in logic she had no answer and no idea why I was upset that they would call me with nobody in who ACTUALLY COULD ANSWER A QUESTION. I suppose they just think that everyone is a little drone who won't ask a question about their own bodies. Go find someone else. This practice is awful.

I have been visiting this practice since September. They are a family practice, so they will refer you when necessary. - They are GREAT at communication via the Novant system messaging and scheduler. I have had many conversations with my doctor in that capacity. - It is very clean - The lab work you need is done on site - They have filed with my insurance just fine and dandy.

I know the front staff will get me checked in quickly and that I won't have a long wait. Wednesday, I saw a new physician, and I didn't know what to expect, but I was very impressed with Dr. Meyer. As mentioned, it was our initial meeting. She was very kind and knowledgeable and listened intently to everything I had to say. She made me feel like she was personally invested in my feminine health and overall well-being, which is something I rarely think of in the healthcare system as a disabled, low-income African-American woman on Medicare. I held my head high, and I felt like a complete, equal human being while speaking with my physician, which should always be the case. When I left, I was happy with what Dr. Meyer and I had discussed. I trusted all the information she had given me, and I was clear about what to do going forward. It was an incredible experience, and I am thrilled I met Dr. Meyer, and that she is at WomanCare. She is an asset there.

Every pediatric urgent care I've been to has it's ups and downs so I'm going into this review…read moreconsidering my past experience with Atrium Health, Novant, and other health stops in my past. While I prefer to see my kids' main provider when possible, occasionally I'm unable to and find myself exploring other urgent cares. This one being the only one open past 6 on a Saturday, I booked my place in line, online, and was told they were ready for us within 30 minutes. So off my daughter and I went. Getting there was easy, located right next to the P.F. Chang's, but checking in was a doozy. I had to input my check in number and they wanted payment upfront. They offer different ways to pay including apple pay but then didn't take my payment because it said they only accept physical cards. I had to call a virtual agent and I couldn't hear them at first because the volume on the check in kiosk was so low. They told me they could hold my place in line for about another 15 minutes till I could get my card. Had to call my husband to run it over to me. After that though, we were seen fairly quickly. The staff welcomed my daughter with blue pom poms as they cheered her name and she walked down the hallway to her room. The NP came in and took out concerns seriously, getting us a solution right away. They also give you a prize from the box of toys, sticker, and lollipop at the end. My daughter felt so special which she seemed to appreciate after feeling so cruddy. The biggest pros: - Wonderful complimentary beverages to help yourself to including keurig coffee, water bottles and honest brand juice boxes for the kids - Quickest check ins if you enter your information online ahead of time (and you bring your credit card for payment). I usually don't have a quick experience in urgent cares for Atrium in Clemmons or Novant in Kernersville even with appointment. - Open after 6pm most days when other pediatric urgent cares are closed by 5:30. Cons: - Clumsy check in kiosk - No wait staff to check you in - Small waiting area keeps you closer to sick patients than some may be comfortable with
