The work done on my car was flawless. The guys in the shop did truly great work. The customer…read moreservice I received was severely lacking. I had my car towed and did not follow the tow truck. When I spoke with Chris, who is the manager, over the phone I was yelled at about where the car was left, and some issues with the car that I was not aware of. I understood where his frustration came from but nobody, especially management, should be yelling at customers. When I addressed this with Chris later I did get an apology after several excuses. If it was not for this experience I would be back. Because of this, I will not.

I will add the lady in the office who communicates to the clients is a sweetheart, it's a shame that the gentlemen who escorted me to inspect my vehicle openly was talking negatively about their USAA contract and how "he hates doing these". Didn't really put a lot of faith in this being doing quickly or properly.
