Kaily offered a complimentary loaner vehicle, allowing me to return my $400+/week (and ugly) rental car from Enterprise (I won't be so nice on their review). Within a day, I got a complete diagnostic report with pictures and videos of all their concerns. I went thru the list with my service/sales rep. Kaily. We set priorities on fixes and they were willing to throw in some of the minor but necessary things (like an oil change). I pretty much agreed to everything except for the tire sensor. In a week, my car was ready to go. I was able to pick it up later that evening via their lock box system. So far, it's running great!
