I had some car trouble today where AAA was unable to help. They sent out a driver from this company, his name was Nick Blevins and he was extremely helpful. He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past. read more

I called AAA to tow my truck to a dealer as it has no key. AAA sent A&D. The A&D driver said it would require dollies or skates, and AAA wouldn't allow them to use those. He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company. read more

Used A and D through my triple AAA membership. Service was fast and efficient less than a half an hour from the time I set up the service to the arrival of the driver. My driver was Suzanne. She was amazing. She was so sweet and reassuring. She made a stressful situation easy. I have never had such a positive experience with towing before. This tow truck company makes their own rules! They consistantly lie, can't keep their story straight, and is doing one illegal thing after another. From day two, after being in the hospital 48 hours after waking up for my most excruciating accident I have ever been in. I urgently tried to get my personal property and college textbooks out my my vehicle that was completely a "totaled loss" which I was able to frim my bedside. I was rudely informed, I won't specify any names by a Regular employee of theirs, That "I wasn't picking up any property of mine untill someone paid the 2 or 3 day storage bill at that point probably around $3-400"...T When I asked to speak to a manager naybe times by thus one specific woman, I kept getting bold face lies like No manager is one duty, no one is available to talk, or J can take down you name and phone number and get the manager to call you back. Never once did I recieve a phone call back..The vehicle was completely totaled, and I 1000% know my rights. Personal property has not one thing to do with TAKING the vehicle off anyone's property. I have been through this many time before, times when the accident was my fault, and times like now where I wasn't my fault. This is not my first shabang which is why I have hired professional help to deal with imbesol's like the one works at this family owned business from hell. A month went by of my car just sitting there, probably two, and I kept going back and forth between my insurance company, my accident attorney and I kept getting the run around regarding getting the run around about My personal property as well as them legally having to create a total loss letter if the insurance company takes ownership of the vehicle. They have also failed me terribly when all I wanted was my stuff that had nothing to do with the car. At this point A+D like baby's butt cream is refusing to write me a total loss letter (which their attempting to charge me $25) for....who cares about that...when legally they aren't even allowed to charge for that! I can understand everyone gotta make money somewhere! But they are insisting I pay close to $5,000 to them for storage fees on a completely totaled car just for a total loss letter that I would be willing to pay them $25 for, and get my stuff?! They are mentally insane. Like I said I've been through this before, and I'll see yall in court. Terribly business Be aware.
