    I signed up for a 3 month subscription to Nutrisense. I was charged $263.93 for my first month…read more They ship you 2 monitors which are to last 14 days each. I received the monitors, and monitor #1 stopped working after just one week, I then let them know and they told me they would replace and to go ahead and put on monitor #2. It hurt when I put it in and that monitor NEVER worked, it was a dud because the needle had a bend at the tip. The replacement to #1 then arrived (monitor #3) and it has been very sporadic, and not recording data for big chunks of time. I let customer support know. At this point I've had the system for 1 month and only had ONE WEEK that the product actually worked!! It was time for the 2nd month to be billed and I asked them to STOP the billing and not renew until we sorted out the hiccups from Month#1. After all of this, NUTRISENSE still billed me again (perhaps things were already in motion) but regardless they refuse to credit my account even though I only had a monitor that worked for 1 single week!! I am now $528 into this and have only had the benefit of a monitor that worked for 7 days! I just opened up a dispute with my credit card company. I see there are about 20 claims with BBB of past cancellation charges. They have now effectively cancelled my account for 30 days from now - I never received my monitors for month #2 and even if I did I would return unused...but yet, they have still billed me! What a racket!! WARNING to all... the lack of response to defective items and the lack of being able to speak to a live person to sort out has been trying. I hope my credit card company gets charges reversed.
