This place is fine if you have kids and need a quick no big deal haircut, if you are a professional or someone who is particular about your haircut etc maybe look for a higher end shop, I will from now on.

I'm not one…read moreto write bad reviews about anything, but I wanted to save someone the heartache of coming in and having your hair completely turn out not anything what you were told and promised it would be. After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. Most of the time I was there, she was talking to other stylists about her personal life and how she was so tired because she did some type of race and that she wished she hadn't had to work that day, when she realized that she made a complete mess of my hair, she continued to act like it was fine and that in a few weeks I would like it . When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made.

Ordered a chicken dinner and calzone for delivery. 1) spoke with Chris and questioned why their…read morecalzones are always cold on the inside no good explanation. 2) missing product from chicken dinner look like it had been just thrown around. 3) when packaging something like a dinner one piece of chicken breast should not be least 15 percent larger than second piece of chicken breast. 4) chicken was pink not cooked all the way through 5) calzone had to be put in oven at 425 degrees for 8 minutes to finish cooking. Pizza Oven disappoints 75 percent of the time. You would think for their prices it would be consistent. Poor ownership or poor management?
