I'm attaching pictures to prove what a scam this company, or at least its employees, are. I then had to buy filters myself and replace them, giving less than zero value to their maintenance plan. I will be choosing a competitor from now on. I wouldn't let them change a light bulb.

It's a great value. We also had all new ductwork installed and a few more registers added so we knew there would be quite a bit of work going on for a few days. Turns out, it was completed in one day because the doubled up a crew to get it completed. The guys showed up on time, the were respectful, hard working, knowledgeable, and polite. It was late we opened windows, I called Kessler Services around 1030 Sunday morning explained my AC issue told the man I could wait until Monday wife and I would be here all week the man said he maybe able to get someone by later to take a look and I gave my name and number. Wife and I were out running errands at 1200 I got a call it's the repairman was at my condo already diagnosed the problem I said go ahead and fix it. Wife and I returned home and the repairman had just finished the repairs and was testing it out, we were talking and he showed me the parts that were bad and explained how they made the system work. Everything worked great we had AC now. We were talking and I asked if he had a saw I could borrow I needed to cut my counter top for a new range, he had a hand saw but that wasn't going to do the job I needed so I said thanks I'll just go buy a saw. That's when I found out he Scott was the owner, he drove back to his shop brought me back to saws so I could cut my countertop and asked if I wanted him to help. He ran to get some lunch and returned to pick his tools back up. There aren't many company owners out there that would do this, come out on a Sunday repair your unit and then run back to the office to get tools for the homeowner to use. Update 5/8/23 Kessler came out this morning to install a new T-stat in our condo, I received a text last night that Anthony would be here between 9-11. At 905 the doorbell rang, Anthony came in installed the new stat programmed it to our settings explained how to use the app and was gone in 35 min. Made a couple suggestions for future things we could do to increase the efficiency in making the whole house more evenly heated & cooled and explained all he had done that day. The technician today, Brad H. was also very polite & professional & did a excellent job of checking everything out with no problems found. He also volunteered & changed the air filter. Not only were they unable to make it to my house after requiring that I be at home all day, but when they called me to reschedule and I told them to come the following afternoon they misbooked me for the FOLLOWING day. Now I have lost three days because of their false promises and incompetent scheduling personnel. When I asked to speak with the representative's superior, she told me that no such person was on hand and that they would have to call me back. I instructed them that they should listen to the very recordings that they inform customers they are making for "quality assurance and training purposes." I believe that once they do this and realize that the error is theirs and not mine that they should offer me some form of discount for my inconvenience due to their incompetence. And, as predicted, though I was told I'd be contacted by a supervisor at noon, now at 9pm I have yet to receive a call. Conway is eager to do the expensive jobs and to do so punctually. They seem to have trouble honoring their commitment when it comes to the various specials they offer, specials intended to keep you hooked.
