David Lugo and Amy Phelps run a fantastic company with employees, not sub-contractors. They have been in business since the late 1990's. They have completed such large projects as the Towne Center hardscape ("everything you walk on, sit on, and drive on"), to small residential projects as well. They were great fun to work with, and their entire crew worked to completely redo our driveway. The precision exhibited by their crew was impeccable. They are both engineers and artists. The day the driveway was being sealed it began to rain and instead of stopping, the crew continued in the rain. As a result, the Polysand never set properly. The owner had explicitly stated that the conditions must be dry for the proper setting of the material. The next summer weeds grew through the pavers. We contacted PaverScapes to have them reseal the pavers. That summer came and went. All the while, they were promising to come fix it. The first excuse was he would redo it when he had another job in the neighborhood. We spoke to him when he was here in the neighborhood and he again said that he would fix it. That was in February 2024 and we still haven't had any resolution. We are still waiting for him to stand behind his word.

They are insured and fully bonded and they have a 10-year warranty on their workmanship and most the other companies I got quotes didn't come close to theirs. They asked if they could go on my roof to check how extensive the damage was and after they took pictures and contacted my insurance company I was so shocked when the claim was approved by my insurance company. So apparently they knew what they were doing. I especially liked how they were willing to go the extra mile to offer their help that was not a part of the roofing service, like even offering to cut my grass before the workers came to do the work. I feel like they are a part of my family. They did the repair quickly and we haven't had issues. Since then, we have discovered a couple other points of water intrusion from our 10 year old roof due to it being improperly installed prior to us buying the house.
