I came in to get my 1995 Tacoma fixed. They said as advertised it wouldn't be a long wait/time. They had me waiting for over an hour while servicing two other vehicles who showed up later than me. I guess since I'm not a regular or a friend, I was treated differently They were hung up on trying to see what other issues without running the smog. I don't know what the hold up was or if they were unfamiliar with the truck. Or if I was bothering them But after all that, they ended up failing the truck and also charging 80 dollars. Surprising since other smog shops won't charge you if you fail. The only highlight was the female technician took the time to explain the results. The others seemed sarcastic/annoyed and more interested in my truck and seeing if I'll sell rather than helping me with the situation. read more

Today I called 5 different smog places that I had seen on Yelp. This was the only one out of the 5 to answer the phone. Jesus who answered the phone was very nice and I asked several questions about the smog process and so I decided to take the van to get the smog check. I did see that there was 5 star rating. But only 3 reviews. Jesus told me when I got there that he just opened. Well, the process only took about 15 to 20 minutes. I got my smog inspection report. Jesus was great, and very knowledgeable. Nice clean place with a clean waiting room. I definitely will be back again when my other car will need a smog check. Very reasonably priced.
