I waited for 7 minutes - which feels like a long time in an empty office. So I left. I know they had a record of my pending visit because when I called in to (leave a message? I didn't think anyone was there..) someone answered! "Oh yes I saw you pull in .... Maybe they were in the bathroom." If you open at 7a and you know someone has an appt at 7a, maybe schedule your bathroom break accordingly? Like before you open? Leave a sign somewhere that says .. "be right back" ?? Anything? Side note; the mechanic seemed like a woman hater.
