Not only did they take me in right away, but the gentleman handling the smog check was polite, professional, and impressively efficient. Went to this place for an oil change, let me tell you I have to give props to Lexus for her awesome customer service, she helped me out, very sweet lady. The two girls in the front are very professional. I also have to mentioned that a dark skin old man was very unprofessional and very disrespectful to the young ladies that assisted me, mind you I am and elderly man and he was very upset for a senior discount. He was calling her names, that was truly uncalled for. The owner needs to put him uncheck, this guy was the manager. Ricardo is amazing! I went first for a smog test--great service. Ricardo gave me a coupon. Then I started having car trouble (weird noises) and I didn't know they were open Sundays so I went to a different garage. Big mistake! Came back to 16 minute/Nono's for an oil change and they did an inspection of the car and found out my car problems were from a bad barring and old rotors. They scheduled an appointment for me for replacement and I got my car back the same day! Now all is good, car sounds great. And they gave me a really good price. Highly recommend! ZERO stars. I've never encountered such a hateful, sexist and rude employee as I did yesterday with Ricky from 16 Minute Smog. He mocked my driving (he wanted me to maneuver my car into one of the testing bays within a tight parking lot) and told me I was "doing it the lady way" (??). He yelled at me to roll down my window so he could instruct me how to park my car "properly". I wound up executing a perfect 3 point turn...and drove away. Never getting my business. EVER! read more
