*Murfreesboro Location* (Nash location has always rocked, given I have never needed to exchange anything there.)Would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a Pax2 this past Saturday. Oven doesn't work right. They sold us one that had been opened, only other one they have like this is open. Took it back in today and they refuse to do anything about it. Rude, waste of my time and $. Drove over an hour to get here. I asked to just return it and get a sealed Pax3, since they had those available in same color. They called Pax while I was in store and told them that I just wanted a 3, not the case. They shouldn't be an authorized Pax dealer and I'm going to fight like hell to make sure they won't be in the future. DO NOT SPEND MORE THAN $10 HERE. Do not invest your $ in any expensive product here as they will roll their eyes and not support helping make the purchase right if it is wrong. read more

I heard an add on the radio the other day for the Smoke Token so I figured I would stop by, and I am really glad I did. This shop has EVERYTHING!!!!ll Huge selection of name brand and off brand Glass pipes, something that will fit anyones budget. They have Hookahs and a massive selection of shisha, like maybe 100 flavors or something, too many for me to count lol. I found e-cigs and liquids, vaporizers all of all kinds, cheap cigarettes, they even have a CLEARANCE SECTION!!! OMG!!! I have been to a lot of smoke shops in my time. While Smoke Token has a vast selection some of their staff would be better suited at a mall kiosk. I went in asking about the Trifecta by White Rhino which they had on sale. The sales person assured me that the NV Fire was a better product, so I took his word for it. For an extra $10 I was willing to buy a better quality vape. 24 hours later, I still haven't used the product. After contacting the manufacturer and getting no response, I sent Smoke Token a message via both their online form and email. Still have heard nothing back. Went online and found a Dube for $35 which from my experiences is a reliable piece. Even with shipping I am getting a better quality product. Thanks for screwing me out of $100. Okay so I went here to buy a Mighty Vaporizer by Storz and Bickel and it was fake! Cheap plastic counterfeit. I paid 350$ for a piece of junk. I hate this place and I'd recommend no one shop here. All of their glass is available online at cheap Chinese wholesalers such as DHgate for 10% of the cost. I know this because the 200$ water pipe my friend just bought from here was on sale for 30$ online! It was the EXACT same one so I wouldn't be surprised if all of their glass and counterfeit vapes are shipped from China and DHgate. I'm very disappointed (I am furious) because I have been shopping here for years and the employees are usually really nice but now I see the store in a different light. read more

So I finally decided to take the next step in improving my health while still having some quality to life and purchased a portable vaporizer. Besides that, I am SO happy that I went to Smoke Token on Harding Pl. in Nashville!!! The staff is extremely friendly as well as incredibly knowledgable on the products they are selling. I was being helped by Brent, and if you are ever in there I HIGHLY recommend you find him. He was so knowledgable, patient, kind, not pushy at all, and most importantly helpful. THAT is how you make customers for life. Like I said I was very hesitant to spend the money but after Brent so patiently showed me all of my options and explained to me all of the pros and cons of each one we finally found a winner.
