You would think for $70/pp CC would have provided a sterling meal but instead decided to provide far less to maximize profit. To be fair there was a fair amount of clams and the lobster was a cull. We also ordered clam chowder and their version which contains celery was not very popular with most the guests resulting in much of it being thrown away. The pulled pork was perfectly smoked and the barbeque sauce paired nicely with the meat. He had several flavors of chicken. He had a regular barbeque flavor with a nice sweet sauce, a Monterey flavor and a pineapple habenero flavor. All of the sauces were on the sweet side. I really can't say which was my favorite: they were all good. The worst part was having to smell the meat being smoked the entire day before the meal was served...definetly a form of Chinese water torture.
