Smoke City has all your smoking needs under one roof. If you smoke cigars, they have several in the case to choose from. If you smoke tobacco in a pipe you will find screens and pipe cleaners and fresh tobacco. You can also find tobacco pipes to purchase of all different varieties. If you're trying to quit smoking you can also purchase eJuice. They sell concentrated air freshener sprays that only take one spray to clean the air. Coconut is my favorite. They also sell t-shirts that have some pretty cool sayings on them. I've been to this place about 4 or 5 times and I should probably be giving myself 1 star for so stupidly returning each time. I've probably spent $150 on pens, and they were all awful, including the one they sold to me last nite which NEVER worked....and when I say never, I mean I got it home, took it out of the package, charged it and it didn't work. Shame on me for going back time and again for shitty products which you can't return, even if they are totally bogus. $30 last nite and $150 overall. I'm done done done. Granted they actually remember those days. Well, Smoke City is what they got. This store has something for every vice. Tobacco Accessories like glass pipes, sex stuff, incense, fake coke cans and water bottles to conceal said tobacco, all sorts of papers, cigarettes, and cigars. You got a bad habit, they got you covered. They also got comics, vinyl, DVDs, and I'm sure they got some Doritos up in there somewhere. I refuse to shop at this place anymore. I USED to frequent Smoke City, but now I will take my Business elsewhere. Smoke city is only in it for the money and does not care about their customers. I urge anyone that reads this to PLEASE SHOP AT A DIFFERENT SMOKE SHOP . There are some great smoke shops that are family owned and operated (SHOP LOCAL)and you get great customer service , reasonable pricing all while seeing the same familiar faces every time you visit. Let's not allow smoke city to take advantage of us by marking up their products so much that we end up leaving with something we didn't really want or Couldn't afford. Terrible customer service, overpriced on their produces. They are not knowledgable of the produces they sell. The smell of incense is so strong it will gag you. They sell tobacco, vap stuff and cigars you dont smell any of that. I have been in there several times but wont go back. I bought two boxes of cigarette tubes got home and later opened to the overwhelming smell of incense. They tasted like incense and still smelled like incense after 12hr. Took them back next morning told them issue, they "cant smell anything", no exchange or refund. read more

Horrible customer service,Guy behind the counter gave us the wrong coils for the vape stick, would not exchange, nor refund on his mistake. We had him call the owner ,who probably wasnt even the owner who then preceeded to just talk to us like we where crap. The employee then told us to leave. This store charged me for the same purchase 3 times and has not returned my money. The employees refuse to put me in contact with the store owner as well. As far as the glass selection goes, a lot of it is made in China. While they have begun to get a wider selection of American-Made glass, they have failed to remove the fake products that have sat in their store for the last few years. Never will I go into this store again to get ripped off by their overpriced items and rude customer service. I would also never recommend this store to any of my friends. There is a nicer store on the same road down by the beach with better prices and a nicer selection. read more

Stopped by when I saw that they sold cigars. I bought a montecristo and an h. Upman. I should have paid closer attention. Pulled them from my humidor a week later and found them dry and as hard as a #2 pencil. I went back for a closer look and found their "humidor" set at 40% R.H. There was a big gap in the door.Every cigar they had was DRY. they would not exchange, or refund my money. It's a shame to be stupid enough to buy thousands of dollars in cigars and not even remotely take care of them. The employees struck me as rude and ignorant. For people who smoke hookah this is not the place to go. Yes they most likely have the largest selection of tobacco in Jacksonville but their prices are insane. I mean $20 for 250g of nakhla? You can get that anywhere online for half of that easily, the same with fantasia, the same with starbuzz. They actually charge more at their store than on the starbuzz website. I would only visit this store if i needed to have shisha in my hands right then and there, if you can wait and don't mind a couple days shipping then shop online. As for the rest of their products i don't have a clue, but for hookah smokers in Jacksonville this is a place i would avoid. read more

I try to support local businesses whenever I can but your better off buying your smoking needs online. I was sold a smoking piece that didn't even work, it was incomplete and pieced together. I should have known when it was pulled out of a bin under the glass counter and wasn't in its original packaging. I was unable to use the product correctly and when I went back to the store to speak with the manager, I was told to order replacement part myself. She did try and fix the piece with some stuff they had lying around the shop but was unsuccessful. Turns out the company doesn't sell the part I need so I'm stuck with a smoking device that doesn't smoke. That's a $132 lesson I had to learn at Smoke City that I hope no one else ever has to learn. My friend really enjoyed the broken piece I bought for his birthday! I paid a premium price at a local business and got burned. I understand that if something like this is used it can't be taken back but they should have done better job with customer satisfaction. I will never shop there again.
