For the most part this is my shop I always go to first. At times the juice I get for my vape is out but its also a best seller and is sometimes hard to find anywhere. My BF recently went there and they were doing curbside which isn't the problem. He went to get my juice which is reds apple watermelon, NOT iced. This morning I get the box to check its the right one and were good. I fill my tank and continue my day, but something was off, it was too cool or something. Check the box its the right one. Then I happen to look over on my desk and see the bottle and its iced!!!!! We call and they say there is nothing they can do because I had already opened the bottle??? like are you for real? I'm not asking for special treatment but something would have been nice. I always shop there and have bought multiple mods and tanks from there. I just don't see myself going there any more unfortunately. read more

The BEST vape shop in town! The customer service is even better! The store has a HUGE variety of items and I have to say, Joseph went above and beyond the norm to help me. I knew nothing about the re-fillable different vape devices, as I previously used the prefilled Juul vape sticks. Joseph took the time (DURING the COVID pandemic no less) to explain the details on a few different devices. Not ONCE seeming like he was annoyed with my many questions OR in a hurry to get me out. Due to cataracts, I chose a berry menthol liquid, but I didn't see the tiny *menthol* inscription, I thought it was just a "berry" flavor. I did not notice this mistake until I got home and had already filled my pod. I called and the gal told me to go ahead and bring it back and she would see what she would do. I have NEVER seen a store return AND replace something (without charging me) like this, considering it was MY fault for choosing the wrong thing. This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service and an EXCELLENT way to do business. I am on a limited income and can not afford to get something like a large bottle of juice to "try". Thank you folks at Smoke N Vape, I will never go anyplace else.....and I live 15 miles away with other vape/smoke shops closer! Was sold the wrong atomizer, went to return or exchange and was told no the manager has to be here "Sam". I've called and called to know when he'll be in. Was told on Saturday before 2, which is today. I called first to find out. The girl that's working around 1:00 today, said no he's not, and I'd have to wait til next weds. After over talking me, and raising her voice to my question of, I was told today and have waited over a week, please call him and tell him my problem, she hung up on me. Not just once twice when I called back, and then put the phone on fax mode. Worst experience ever, your customer service is not acceptable. I've come to you every month to buy, and will never come again. I called the Wilson store, similar experience, but was told we have lots of customers. In other words, if you don't return who cares. I will tell all of my experience, the best advertising is word of mouth. All stores in this day and age return merchandise, and shouldn't have to wait til the manager/owner is there. You have unprofessional and rude girls that work for you. I'm the customer who pays their wages, etc. Terrible experience!!! Had a much better experience at Blackhat Vapor!! read more
