Came in today; Sun 7/11. Was greeted immediately even with a good number of customers in the store. I've been here several times beforehand, and as always, the customer service and product knowledge was ON POINT. I was able to - and I reiterate this - ONLY with the help of the two gentlemen working. They showed me the process of getting my vaporizer set again and they not only fixed but allowed me make my device functional again. They were spectacular. I purchased the required item I needed -- which they had IN STOCK! (How awful is it when you need a device and it's not available in a vape shop; it's happened to me before and I'd be left with my head in my hands. But no, I got it set by the staff -- who ALL HAD MASKS and hand sanitizer and keep social distancing for everyone that I saw, including myself, and all the other customers. 10/10. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Made my day, especially when I have approximately $450 into THIS specific device and I was able to fix it for a $45 part + the DIRECT help of the staff. I just want to say this place is AWESOME. I have been to many smoke shops over the years, but this place stands out. The products they have are awesome. The prices are more than fair and most importantly what really sold me was the staff. I had the pleasure of working with Adam. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually cared about my concern and the reason I came in. The whole staff here is awesome. I felt like I was walking in talking to my friends I met for the first time. Very disturbing experience to walk in there and find that no one behind the counter was wearing a mask. When I asked them to wear the mask they said they do not wear masks. Clearly this business does not care if they spread COVID to their customers. Nor do the workers care if they catch COVID and bring it home to their families. BOO. Major thumbs down. Many other smoke shops to spend our money in who act responsibly. I will tell ALL of my friends to avoid this reckless place. Usually the cannabis community is cool and cares for each other. I was driving by here about two years ago and went in to check it out. I have become a long term customer for several reasons. They know there stuff hands down, great amount of choices for vape, glass or CBD. All the staff is very friendly, my favorite person to deal with is Chris, he is the number one reason I keep going back. I check out other vape shops but never buy from anyone else. I've been going to the store for years, they always have new glass at a reasonable price. Honestly best in the area! They have such a wide variety of vapes, juices and tanks. Went in here last week to see their selection. The rep didn't ask me about my preference in regards to using RDA's, RDTA's, squonk's or if I was looking to focus on flavor, cloud production or both. Instead he just chose to try to sell me one specific tank. When I asked a question about a different product, he immediately when back to talking about the tank he wanted to sell. Just order things online. More variety of products and usually better deals at online stores. read more

The staff may be young, but are very knowledgeable about every product they sell, and even though like all smoke places you buy you keep when I truly had a defective product they exchange it. Mine was only two days old. They also help me with many questions I had, and were extra polite, and nice, Ryan helped me . A shout out to him for going above and beyond.
