I was extremely faithful. I never tried to get a better deal anywhere else. I'd drive out of my way for them specifically. When I wrote that review I decided it was time to show support to a place I've given all my money to. This week Monday I had came in and purchased my normal spearmint 5500 posh. It was the last one since it's a popular flavor. I bought it and went back to work. When I went to open the package and place it on the charger, the light blew out and it would not work whatsoever. I work 8-10pm so I didn't have any time to go back. When I went in 2 days later, the kid that sold it to me & the owner were both there. I had explained what happened. They've seen me there every week. Once I explained the issue he had completely "forgotten" I was an extreme regular here. The owner proceeds to ask the kid who sold it to me if I was there, the kid replied in a different language & the owner had blamed wholesale. He then proceeded to show me the "no refund or exchange" sign right above the posh. I've been there every week and look up every single time and not once was that there until this week. Which only leads me to believe he KNEW they were having issues with the batches and didn't want to find a way to fix it for his customers. He fed me nothing but BS & told me there was nothing he can do. They took the broken posh from me, opened it up & threw it away and then told me to buy another one. As a frequent, regular customer who was there 4-5x a month I was dumbfounded. The amount of time, money & faithfulness I have served this business backfired. The first time I've ever complained and he acted like he never knew me when every single person in that place has flirted with me every single time I've gone in. Anyway, I left and found a better place to give my business to "MAG VAPE & SMOKE" on Algonquin & Busse in the plaza in front of Jamesons. He runs better deals on posh than this place. Check them out!
