If could give this " Smoke shop" ZERO stars would! Horrible customer service. Man who speaks zero to no English dose not care about customer service. Older gentleman their was rude to begin with from the moment I purchased something from here. Over the weekend I drove from Santa Clarita to purchase a bong here. Bong was $50 witch was overpriced but still gave this place a chance. Went home only to find out the bong is defective. Wasted expensive wax on it whatever figured they would see it's defective and not any fault of mine. But this man straight up told me it's not his problem and points at a sign that says no refunds or exchanges. Which I understand but this something they sold me that is defective. Says owner is not there and he can't do anything about it. I kept trying to nicely explain to him how the bongs smoke is not circulating properly he goes and adds water and tells me see it works! And I said that yes the water can hold but using it is different but he just didn't want to listen to me kept saying not his problem. I told him well let me leave this bong here so you can show your boss not to sell these. He kept insisting I take back with me. But it pointless taking something that wont work back home. I don't know if it was because I am girl or what but the rudeness was crazy! Things didn't end well left VERY UPSET BROKE BONG in front of him! I am not this type of person but Damm I'm not letting this man disrespect me like this! DO NOT COME HERE!! if you don't want to waste money or time. Bought a vape from here. Died on me within the day and I called asking to return it. The employee on the phone told me to wait until the owner got there the following day. Dude was nice but he wasn't wearing a mask which made me rush to pick out what I needed, and then he'd like hover around me (I guess to help me take something out of the case but still, back up bruh, my hair and my mask still smell like a musky cologne.) Then like a grip of family members or something came in without masks and went behind the counter. I should have said something but I just wanted to get out of there. So here's me saying something now. I wish I could go back and return it but I just don't want to go back and it's just not worth it at this point. Like I said he was nice but this establishment obviously didn't give a fuck about other people. Prices were whatever, market price for a bubbler won't change more than $2 from shop to shop so it's not expensive, but not any cheaper than any other smoke shop in the valley. This place is fantastic. If you pay cash, it is "tax included" and the service is fantastic. My boyfriend and I came here, and he left his wallet on the counter. After two or three hours of freaking out, we return to the smoke shop to find the owner frantically trying to find my boyfriends name on Facebook.
