After going back and forth, the best they offered was $10 off. This whole situation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress, all for products that didn't even last a full hour. Customer service should stand behind what they sell, especially at higher price points. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

While I was told it would be addressed, no meaningful accountability followed, and I have not received a direct apology from the individual involved. I was given assurances that corrective action would be taken, but there was no follow-through. For a business that serves a largely Black customer base, this lack of accountability is concerning. I was literally going there multiple times per week and then one day the manager came to me and told me her boss said they can no longer give me a discount, I was shocked. These places have ZERO loyalty to long term customers, it's disgusting. Not only did I spend thousands of dollars, but I did frequent reviews on their products, I also promoted their store to several new customers. They repayed my loyalty by charging me more. The day she told me I would no longer receive a discount was the last day I purchased anything from this store. I can appreciate they need to make a profit, but some people (like myself) are the ones that actually helped these stores grow. Yet they dismissed me like I was nothing after 6 years of business.
