This smoke shop does not ID consistently and it's need to be within the ownership to come to an understanding that if we have receipts from your establishment that we bought HEMP WRAPS , which is not a tobacco product . You cannot deny service. We have receipts . I did the right thing as a responsible citizen of this country not to buy her products even though she has bought hemp wraps here before (which is a non tobacco product). I asked them about returning the devices (I've spent around $150 here in 1 month since I'm relatively new to vaping) and they have a strict no return/exchange policy, according to the person I was speaking with, because its a "tobacco product". I decided to go to Vaporider down the road, and explained that I'm looking for a reliable battery system and explained my issues, and they directed me towards a vaporizer that has actually worked AND because they knew I was concerned with the issues I had from my previous 2 items, said that I was free to return the device within 30 days if it did not live up to my standards. Long story short, this place has a terrible customer service policy (not blaming the employees on this one) and employees that are not well versed in products. Edit: Just found out a week or so after writing this review that Vaporider sells the exact same salts at 1/2 the price. I feel duped having used Civil Vapes for so long. Spare your misery and go literally anywhere else.
