I use a power wheelchair and converted myself so that I could fit through the small entryway. A man smoking on the sidewalk blocked me from entering. He physically grabbed my arm to stop my wheelchair and told me they were closed. I apologize because I use earbuds and I did not hear him. I waited politely for the store to open, during which time he allowed another person into the store with a dog that had been abused by being painted to look like a lion. When the two of them returned out of the store, I took a photo of the dog. The employee then confronted me, accusing me of filming the woman walking the dog. I assure you, between the two the dog was definitely the star attraction. The disrespect and aggression were unbelievable. I'm not expecting the highest caliber of customer service and special treatment from a smoke shop employee but this employee needs to find a different profession. Perhaps dog grooming.

The place itself is extremely loud music, which is a vibe! It's also very spacious and everything is very well organized. Service was interesting, the people didn't seem to care about you when you walked in, but still helped if you ask. Parking was free and easy, the complex itself is a little old and could work on new construction. They have items that ranges from Zyns, Vapes, Bongs, and even snacks! I'd highly recommend stopping by! My friend bought a Geek Bar for $25 with tax, parking is 45 minutes but free!
