I walked in this evening and a previous employee that I've previously bought disposable vapes from at Smoke One was blocking the front door. She was in a full blown screaming match with the owner. The owner was also screaming back at this young girl. The owner told her that he would mop the floor with her and even called her a "dyke." I turned to him and told him to never use that word again, because it's extremely offensive. He apologized to me and continued yelling at his previous employee. The girl was screaming that his products were fake. (Not sure if this is true or not) The cops showed up minutes later and I left. The whole situation was terrifying and I did not feel safe. The owner and his previous employee's actions were inexcusable. There are MANY other smoke shops I will gladly go to instead of this one now. I used to be a regular too. read more

The owner is a theif and doesn't care about the customer at all. This isn't libel, as this is a factual experience I had with this store. I initially loved this place. It was great and has a great selection of d8 products (look it up if you don't know) I went in or a very regular basis. At least once every 4 days, and spent on average, $40 every time I came by. The last time I did, I had fi ally decided on a d8 brand I loved, mellow fellow. So for the first time since buying from them, I bought 2 d8 cartridges, something I hadn't done before as I was still looking into brands. I knew this would last me all weekend, as I had previously bought from different brands, so I made the purchase on Thursday, the 2nd, to last me until Monday or Tuesday. Come Sunday, there's a charge in my account for the exact same amount as what I spent on Thursday. Mk, weird, but I let it go because that happens sometimes, I'm sure it will drop out. Labor day Monday goes bye, Tuesday comes and the charge is still there. Ok, must be a mistake, so I go to smoke one after work to talk to the manager. She recalls me, mainly because she helped me pick out a vape. So I tell her of the situation, and she remembered me, so she knows I didn't come in Saturday. She says I have to wait because she has to speak to the owner. Ok, I have to pick up my daughter anyway. I go get my daughter, and head back to smoke one. Manager is still there, ok cool, she says owner wants to check bank account to make sure it was actually charged twice. Ok cool that's fine I understand. She says come back tomorrow. I go back the next day, only for her to tell me "sorry, we don't have proof you came, there's no record of the sale, and I can't get a receipt, but the owner says it was charged on a different day, so we're keeping your money." Excuse me??? You can't give me a receipt, you have a ledger where employees are required to notate every sale, and you have no record I was here, but your keeping my money??? I told her point blank, I don't care about the money. I would have come back in a few days and spent the same amount anyway. Give me what you "THINK" I paid for, and we'll call it a day and I'll see you in a few days. Or not, I'll issue a charge back, GET my money back, and you won't see me again. Guess what she has to pick because the manager has no power I got my money back at least, but they lost a customer and got a skathing review from an otherwise loyal customer. Fuck smoke one, don't bother with this store, go to zebra head instead. read more

I use to recommend this place because they had unique and different vapes and pens. Now I would say do not go here. I went in for a pen that only they sold, I bought it tested it in the store and it wouldn't pop to save my life. So as one does I spoke up. They proceeded to try and get it to pop. One guy finally just blew into the bottom and it worked but he kept blowing through it and proceeded to burn it. As I understand it was an accident and I'm not upset about that, but when I tell the guy as we are walking out it was burnt because what he did. He was off the clock though so maybe he didn't care. I walked back in the store to get a exchange or refund they denined. As I do understand why they can't accept stuff as refund or exchange it was fine until your worker burned it. So mind me for being upset that I just paid for and got broken by yall so now I can't even use it. Whatever you do don't waste your money or time going here. read more

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option me and my husband has been coming to this store for years now and since the pandemic we have been getting unfair treatment . We have been told several times that we can only purchase a certain amount of cigars because other customers have to have a choice . This is unfair because everyone money spends the same if it's a popular item the store need to order more instead of losing money by denying customers the products that the really want . I called before going to ask if they have what I needed. The vape I buy is not sold at very many vapes shops so I always have to hunt for it. I had never been here before but I called and asked if they had my vape flavor in stock, the man on the phone asked me which store location. I read out the full store location as I wasn't not aware they had more than one location. The man said "oh, that location will have it for sure"... I said "are you positive?" And he said "yes, we have it". So I get my toddler and my newborn all dressed and in the car, and I drive 20 minutes to get to the vape shop only to find out that not only did they not have the flavor I asked for but they didn't even have the brand I asked about. Thank you for wasting my time, my gas, and my sanity. I call and ask for a reason. If you aren't 110% sure, just say "I don't know if we have it". At least that way you wouldn't be a liar. read more

I have been going to this smoke shop for well over 10 years. Even before it was called Smoke one. Have always had great customer service but in the past 3-4 months customer service has gone downhill. The owner is a good guy but the goes in there now are rude as can be. I live in the neighborhood but I'll go out of my way to go elsewhere. read more

Great customer service but I would not recommend buying puff bars at this place because they either taste horrible have already explode in the packaging which means that the puff bar is drenched in oil and won't refund you but besides that it's pretty good read more
