On the last visit I was left an invoice. The owner then explained that the type of shingle used was not adequate for wind. I asked why was I not told this when the work was done. She attempts to tell me she did tell me. We go back and forth for some time on the issue. I eventually stated mam are you attempting to tell me you recall our specific conversation 8 years ago when I am sure your company does 100's of roof job a year. Secondly I attempted to explain the work was covered by my insurance company after I paid my deductible, and I would not have cared how much it cost thus would have not opted for cheap shingles. At some point in the conversation she says "fine I will find some shingles and come repair your f#**ing roof". I then said no thanks I don't want your business. She tries to tell me that I should not act as if I never cursed at a customer before. I told her mam if I ever cursed at a customer I would be packing my desk up and fired. What ironic is I spoke with her close to 3 months ago and she stayed she would give me a quote for re shingling over the shingles, but admitted she forgot about that due to health issues. But you are telling me you remember a conversation 8 or 9 years ago. Save yourself the headache and go with another company. Anyone who thinks it's fine to curse at a customer should not be in business. I have water stains all over my ceiling because of this subpar work.

    Unresponsive, unprofessional. Their website insists they work with all major Insurance Companies…read moredirectly to handle claims, yet not once after giving four different people the claim information with State Farm did they contact the company. A week or so into the job, I discovered that they didn't even have my name right in their system, despite the contract I signed (and never received a copy of)...instead of King, my name was HARRIS. ??? Though I was told they would be taking pictures for mitigation, none have been sent to myself or State Farm after more than three weeks. I was informed by Russel, the initial project manager, that the basement would be cleaned, the damaged and/or dirtied contents would be photographed, bagged, and removed, and the basement would then be sprayed for mold protection. I am still finding "muddy" items, there are things I had that I'm not able to report because the images are unavailable to send to insurance, and to top it off the workers were caught smoking in my house (I'm an ex smoker and have severe allergies to mold). I've been waiting on an email response from their office manager Jessica (the one who I was told repeatedly was communicating directly with the insurance company by the receptionist) for several days now. I did finally receive a final bill from them that I could send to Insurance, but had to request a NEW copy because they hadn't included the $1100 they had required me to pay them before starting work, which I was later informed was supposed to have been paid to the insurance company, not them. Overall I am very unimpressed with their attitude, their lack of professionalism, their workers, their lack of communication, their record keeping, and their inability to live up to the advertised services on their website. They certainly do not do the PuroClean Brand proud.

I called and spoke to Becky and told her what was going on who said this is not per their policy and not sure why he was doing this. I also spoke to Rocky. They gave me a credit for another carpet cleaning to try them again. I set it up and when I scheduled it they put a note that I didn't owe and had a credit. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.
