Was told they wouldn't help me because it was a disposable and once I leave the store it's mine. Of course they didn't say this before I left and ask me to try it. They litteraly stole 40$ from me. The employees are so extremely helpful, I was having problems with an e-cigarette that I had purchased from one of their competitors. The coil was burning out way to quickly on me. Like two days use most and they should last 3 weeks. Seeing what I was using it was suggested that i just get a different tank that has replaceable coils instead of replacing everything. This has been working great for me. I'm glad I went here and was offered this option. I also got a bottle of e-liquid, Cafe Mocha. I was glad I was able to try it first before buying. That is a big help. I will be back and try some of the other flavors that are offered.
